Who processes your information?
Site operator / data controller: Panel AI. Contact: [email protected].
The enquiry form collects first name, last name, email, phone and country. The page, submission time, consent wording and available campaign tags (UTM, gclid, fbclid) are attached to the enquiry. Optional marketing permission is recorded separately. No payment details, account passwords or identity documents are requested.
Purpose, transfer and permission
Your information is used with your express contact and transfer permission to handle your enquiry. The receiving company is Panel AI. Enquiries are sent by API to its TradePanel CRM service and are also saved in private CSV and record files on the site server. Depending on the recipient and CRM hosting location, processing may occur outside your country.
Additional promotional updates are optional and are not a condition of making an enquiry. You can withdraw permission or ask about your record.
Retention and requests
Local enquiry retention is configured for 180 days; removal is performed by scheduled server maintenance. Contact us for access, correction or earlier deletion requests. Copies already transferred to the receiving company are managed separately under its policy and obligations.
You can email requests for access, correction, deletion, objection and withdrawal of consent under applicable data protection rules. Reasonable identity verification may be requested.
Cookies, measurement and IP data
Necessary cookies support sessions and form security. Your cookie preference is stored in your browser. With permission, and when configured by the operator, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 measure page views, form starts, calculator use and saved enquiries. Form names, emails and phone numbers are not sent to these tools. You can change permission with the Cookie preferences control in the footer.
Turkish forms default to +90. Other languages can use a server country header or an IP country lookup through ipwho.is to suggest a dialling code. The service receives your IP address when that lookup is required. You may change the country. A keyed hash of the IP is used temporarily to limit spam; raw IP is not attached to the enquiry record.
